Here is several bits of additional information to help before, during, and after the sale.
Heartland Capital Investments is happy to offer a 90 Day Same as Cash policy to help all our valued customers. The 90 Days Same as Cash policy is eligible on portable buildings only and gives a customer the ability to purchase a unit without paying any additional rental fees by adhering to the policy instructions below:
1. Renter may purchase the leased property for the retail price plus sales tax minus all monthly payments* made by Renter anytime during the first 90 days after the date of delivery. (*Any processing fees or LDW fees paid during the 90-day duration will not be subtracted.)
2. Renter must make monthly payments on time during this 90-day period of time to remain qualified for the 90 Days Same as Cash policy.
3. Any monthly payments that are paid after the due date on the rental account will disqualify Renter from taking advantage of the 90 Days Same as Cash policy.
4. The 90 Days Same as Cash policy may be canceled if Renter violates Rental Purchase Agreement Terms.

You will receive a phone call / text 24 to 48 hours prior to delivery (unless special occasions). If no answer a message will be left, please return the call within 24 hours.
If no call back is received within 24 hours you will have to be rescheduled & it may be an additional 7 to 10 days, as we have many customers waiting & already scheduled.
If you buy an on-lot building, delivery is free up to 50 miles after 50 miles there is a $10.00 per mile charge 8-12 Wide & $10.00 per mile for 14-16 Wide. Any Shop build is allowed 150-mile radius from shop & anything over will incur same charge as above. Mileage is based Per the DOT route if a permit is needed; if no permit is needed it will be the route driver takes (which is usually the quickest GPS route).
PLEASE DO NOT ASK THEM TO DELIVER YOUR BUILDING WHEN YOUR YARD IS WET. DRIVER IS NOT RESPONSIBLE FOR RUTS IN WET YARDS
